On receipt of your enquiry, your adviser will send you an Initial Disclosure Document (IDD), which will outline the key facts of the service that will be provided (relevant to your particular adviser / advice company). All recommendations will be provided to you in writing. All advice will be provided in plain English - please do not hesitate to ask any questions. Your adviser works for you and has your best interests at heart.
